Headed up by our highly experienced CNC Foreman, Mike Boltz, the CAD Shop offers precision driven drafting and design services to our customers. From the outset the importance of getting the design and drafting stages of any project correct is paramount and our CAD operators are here to make sure that happens.

Combing skills obtained from both hands on experience and official training our skilled operators can take any design or specification and expertly design it with finite precision.

SURFCAM DESIGN SERVICES

Our staff of surfcam designers are without doubt some of the best in the industry. They have learned from both hands on experience as well as official training from the Surfcam software developers.

Using our skills with Surfcam software, we are able of take casting and reproduce 3-D solid models . We can take prints that are available to us and make precision machined parts without any pains whatsoever.

With surfcam you have the capability not only to draw 3-D models but you can also machine the models that you design. Surfcam has a wonderful interpreting program so it can import many different file types. Our staff can easily take a file that is handed to us and make changes to it. Our Surfcam operators are very knowledgeable with computers and technology so they are able to help all our customers with their computer needs.

CADKEY DRAFTING SERVICES

Our CADKEY staff are highly trained in the use of the software. Having completed a full 4 day intensive training course from the developers of CADKEY, our staff possess the knowledge and skills to push the capabilities of the software platform to it's limits.

We also have years of experience on the drafting side of CADKEY and have staff who graduated from Drafting School.

We are capable of making Blue prints as well as files of any part that is needed. We have worked intensively with ANSI specs on many of our jobs.

Our staff is knowledgeable enough to help our customers with any of their drafting needs.
